Jim has 20 years of advisory and asset management experience spanning Wall Street, Corporate Consulting and Real Estate Private Equity Funds.
His investment career began in management consulting focused on advising investment firms and other financial services companies on key operational and strategic matters, including product and business profitability, financial reporting and analysis. Since 2004, he has been managing private equity real estate funds and advising investors and developers regarding taking advantage of residential opportunities in selected major metropolitan U.S. markets. Jim's deep experience sourcing, vast contacts to source opportunities, financial modeling, due diligence and direct property expertise is an important aspect of the value we bring to clients.

Harry has 25 years of experience in Real Estate investments and securities investment spanning Wall Street, Corporate Real Estate Advisory and Managing institutional assets for U.S. and Kuwait investors.
In 1986 he joined Drexel Burnham Lambert as an analyst, later focusing on Real Estate finance and bonds. While at a division of John Hancock and ING, he worked with institutional investors selling and trading securities, mainly those of real assets.
As a corporate consultant at a division of Johnson Controls, he provided strategies, arranged investment transactions and structured sale-leasebacks. Since 2004 he has managed investments for institutional clients in US and Kuwait in real estate and conventional investments achieving top percentile returns advising buyers of property in U.S. and Europe focusing on Income and long term leased assets.
